| Spinning particle models and higher-spin fields |

Résumé :
We describe some recent results on the connection between higher-spin gauge field theories and supersymmetric spinning particle models. We point out the special role that maximally-symmetric target spaces appear to have in SO(N) models and present a derivation of the higher-spin curvatures. We then describe models with SP(2r) symmetry group and show how to use them in the quantization of mixed-symmetry tensors of higher spin. |
